Amazing healing and anti-inflammatory properties with the added bonus of tasting utterly delicious.
This is also a great alternative if you are trying to reduce your caffeine intake.
Adding 1/2 tsp of coconut oil adds a touch of healthy fat and makes the turmeric more available for our bodies to absorb because it is fat soluble.
The Recipe
Step 1
Heat the milk in a small saucepan with the spices and allow to infuse for 5 minutes
Step 2
Depending on how sweet you like it add as much or as little sweetener as you like. I use maple syrup, but you can use honey, agave, sugar or sweetener here.

200ml Dairy Free milk (I feel oat milk works best here)
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 ground ginger
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp sweeter of choice: I use Maple Syrup
1/4 tsp coconut oil
