Oaty Peanut Butter Cups

The easiest thing you can make to satisfy your sweet tooth. These really are so utterly delicious and so simple to make. These will be you new go to treat.

I love to keep them in the freezer as I love a real crunch. I use Mani Life Deep roasted crunchy Peanut butter!

The Recipe

Step 1

Preheat oven to fan 180.

Mix the oats with the melted coconut oil and maple syrup.

Fill a muffin tray with muffin cases. Add a spoon of the oat mixture to each case and press down to compact the oats with the back of a spoon. Bake for 8-10mins until starting to turn golden. Remove from oven and leave to cool.

Step 2

Melt the chocolate.

Spoon a layer of the nut butter to cover the oats. The spoon a layer of the melted chocolate to cover the nut butter.

Chill in the freezer or fridge for about an hour to set.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 90g rolled oats

  • 4 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 150g nut butter of your choice (can use more of less, depending on how thick you want your nut butter layer)

  • 200g Chocolate (I use 60%, but use the chocolate of your choice)
