Buttery and garlic prawns with a hint of spice from the chilli and all brought together with the freshness from parsley.
You will be left with the most amazing liquor in the pan to be mopped up with some fresh bread.
The Recipe
Step 1
Dice the shallot and add to a hot pan with the oil.
Step 2
Dice the garlic and chilli super fine.
Once the shallot has started to soften, add the garlic and chilli and cook for 1 min.
Step 3
Add the prawns and wine to the pan - the cooking time of your prawns will depend on their size, but cook until they are fully pink.
Step 4
Once the prawns are cooked, add the butter to the pan and turn down the heat. Once the butter has melted, stir through the chopped parsley, a squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper.

1 large banana shallot
5 cloves garlic
2 red chillies - seeds removed
Bunch of fresh parsley - chopped
150ml white wine
30g butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 a lemon
